Terms of use
These terms are an offer by Sole proprietor Vladyslava Zhvava (FOP Zhvava Vladyslava Vladyslavivna, tax ID 3665903203) (“we”) to give you access to the online service Lively Loop (livelyloop.app, the “Service”). By signing up or paying for a subscription you accept them.
1. The Service
The Service calculates knitting patterns for your measurements and gauge, provides chart editors and a technique library, and stores your projects in your account. Calculations are a tool: knit a swatch and check your measurements before you start.
2. Account
Full access needs an account (email or Google sign-in). You are responsible for access to your email. The Service is for people aged 14 and over.
3. Free trial and subscription
- Until payments launch (the introductory period), all features of the Service are free; we announce the start of subscriptions in advance.
- The hat and the scarf / wrap are free forever, without a subscription. For other garments a 7-day free trial starts when you sign up.
- Plans: UAH 199 per month or UAH 1,490 per year; the first 100 subscribers get a special price of UAH 149 per month. Current prices are shown in your account; the price of a period already paid does not change.
- Payments are taken by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the plata by mono payment service (Universal Bank JSC). You receive an electronic fiscal receipt. Card data is handled only by the payment service.
- A paid period is added to your current access (including after the trial). If you opted in to auto-renewal, your saved card is charged at the start of each next period until you switch it off; without auto-renewal, access lasts until the end of the paid period.
- You can switch auto-renewal off at any time in your account; access continues until the end of the paid period and you are not charged again.
4. Refunds
The Service is digital content available immediately after payment. By agreeing that access starts straight away, you accept that payments for the current period are not refunded, except when the Service was unavailable through our fault or the law requires a refund.
If you paid by mistake, or a refund is due under these terms or the law, email [email protected] a refund request with your full name, account email, payment date and amount, the IBAN for the refund and the payment receipt. We refund to the account the payment came from within 7 business days of receiving the request; access paid for by that payment ends.
5. Using the patterns
You may use patterns calculated by the Service for your own knitting, including items you sell. You may not resell or mass-distribute the pattern texts, the Service’s texts and illustrations, or copy the Service. Your own charts and projects belong to you.
6. Liability
We work to keep the calculations accurate and fix mistakes that are reported. We are not responsible for the knitted result, yarn or time spent if you did not check your swatch and measurements. The Service is provided “as is”; short maintenance breaks are possible.

8. Changes and contact
