New color and ends
The beginning of each band of the motif.
How to do it
- Leave a 15 cm tail and start knitting with the new color.
- Loosely tie the tails of the old and new colors so the stitches do not unravel.
- After knitting, untie them and weave each end into fabric of its own color on the wrong side.
Tip
You can weave in the ends as you knit, the same way you catch a float.
Common mistake
Weaving an end into fabric of a different color makes it show through on the right side.
